On November 15th, 2013, Sony’s PlayStation 4 launched in North America to much fanfare. The system’s initially lower price point when compared to its competition, along with its promise of allowing gamers to play used games, helped propel it to strong sales right out of the gate, and not much has changed since.

Two years after its launch, the PS4 console has built up quite an impressive library, and while its lineup of full-fledged exclusives is admittedly sparse, Sony has made up for that with smart third-party partnerships, and by remastering some of the PS3’s most celebrated titles. Still, exclusives have helped sell consoles.

In celebration of the PS4’s two year anniversary, Game Rant has compiled what we believe to be the best console exclusives available for the system so far. For those that have yet to upgrade from a PS3 to a PS4, these five games offer the best incentive to do so.

Even though it’s also available on PC (but not available on the Xbox One),is nevertheless one of the PlayStation 4’s strongest titles. The game became somewhat of a phenomenon this past summer, thanks in no small part to the fact that it debuted on the PS4 as a free PlayStation Plus game in July. Rocket League ‘s fast-paced, easy to learn – but hard to master – gameplay has resulted in a dedicated community of players that have helped the game become one of 2015’s surprise hits.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection

Even for those that already enjoyed Nathan Drake’s adventures on the PlayStation 3,is worth a look. It collects the first three games in the series on one disc with improved graphics like most remasters, but doesn’t stop there. The Nathan Drake Collection features brand new game modes, and also guarantees access to the Uncharted 4 multiplayer beta, so anyone that wants to test out Uncharted 4 before launch should consider picking up a PS4 and The Nathan Drake Collection by December 4th.
