Developer n-Space shuts down after 21 years

The video game industry, like all entertainment, can be a tough business.

The video game industry, like all entertainment, can be a tough business. Even those who make well received games like Guitar Hero Live have had hard times and employee cuts. Unfortunately for developer n-Space, things have taken an even darker turn.

The company that has made so many Call of Duty handheld titles, Skylanders, Star Wars games, and more, is shutting its doors for good. One of n-Space’s more recent titles, Sword Coast Legends, is a role playing game set in the universe of Dungeons & Dragons. Wizards of the Coast and Digital Extremes have stated that they will do their best to continue to support the game and its upcoming DLC. Xbox One and PS4 versions of this title are complete and will be released soon.

We at Gamespresso would like to wish the best of luck to all employees of n-Space and hope they have a better and happy road moving forward. See what former employee, Ben Leary had to say on the matter.
